CELCOM BROADBAND COVERAGE

well....im thinking to switch over to celcom usb broadband,does anybody know whether my area covered?(kota damansara)...maxis suck..lately(everyday actually),it always dc,very slow speed,according to speedtest,it only clock 133kbps!!! i only experienced 300kbps last 4month..nowadays it never reach even 200kbps..so why did maxis promote it and charge us at 3mbps?...where should i report this misbehavior??...unethic..makan duit haram maxis nih!!! hope they will die someday to come..
